Your Strategic Right Hand

From Venture Capital and Educational Leadership to Your Fractional Ops Partner

I've spent my career inside complex, fast-moving ecosystems, learning exactly what it takes to turn big, ambitious ideas into flawless execution.

For five years, I operated within the world-class venture capital environments like SoftBank. That experience taught me the speed, precision, and tech infrastructure required to scale at the highest level. I know what elite high-growth systems look like because I've helped build and sustain them.

Before diving into tech and VC, I spent a decade in educational leadership, working my way up from a substitute teacher to Assistant Principal. During that time, I earned my Master’s degree in Curriculum Design and Instruction (M.Ed.). If you want to know who truly understands human behavior, crisis management, and translating chaotic, complicated ideas into clear, repeatable workflows, it's an educator. Today, I blend the strategic precision of the corporate tech world with the deeply organized people-first approach of educational leadership to serve as your Fractional Operations Partner.

How We Build the Engine

I don't just handle tasks or manage an inbox. I architect the digital infrastructure of your business. Whether we are engineering advanced Zapier automations, mapping out a flawless client journey in your CRM, or building the backend engine for your next major course launch, my goal is to ensure your operations are just as sophisticated as your vision.

I bridge the gap between where your business is today and the streamlined automated system it needs to become, so you can finally step out of the daily tech friction and back into the role of visionary CEO.

Beyond the Dashboard

When I'm not building the engine of your business, you'll find me:

  • Exploring the Bay Area: taking advantage of everything this beautiful area has to offer, from hidden hiking trails to the coast.

  • Chasing new flavors: I'm a firm believer that the best way to understand a culture (or a neighborhood) is through its food. I’m always looking for the next hidden culinary gem.

  • Getting outside: If there's sun, I'm in it. I believe the best strategic breakthroughs happen away from the screen.
